• Check thermostat
• Check all safety controls
• Check burners for proper ignition
• Clean and adjust pilot assembly
• Check burner for proper efficiency
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Change filters if necessary*
• Check flue for proper venting
• Service humidifier (Water Panel Extra)
• Change water panel if necessary*
• Turn exposed dampers to heating, if marked.
• Check crankcase heater
• Combustion Check (Systems over 5 years old)
• Check air circulation
• Wax Furnace

15 POINT COOLING CHECK-UP

• Install gauges and check operating pressures
• Check voltage and amperage to all motors
• Check air temp drop across evaporator
• Check for adequate refrigerant charge
• Check start and run assist
• Lubricate all moving parts
• Change filters if necessary*
• Check electrical lock-out circuits
• Check starting contactor contacts
• Check all wiring and connections
• Check thermostat
• Check for proper air flow across condenser
• Turn exposed dampers to cooling, if marked
• Check that condensate drain is open
• Wax outside unit
